If you need someone to talk to, we are here to provide emotional support, guidance and practical help to help you get back on your feet. You can talk to us over the phone, email us or send us a text. We can also meet up in person to talk to you about what has happened and to find the right type of support for you. Together we can work out what kind of support will suit you best and how to move forward.

We can provide counselling to help you work through what has happened to you and to come to terms with life following the events you had to experience.
